THE SITE
Construction of the FIART shipyard at 71 Lucullo Street, Baia Bacoli. 15,000 sqm of new industrial buildings for boat-building were constructed on an area of around 80,000 sqm, and we also built the marine infrastructure, converted the historic 19th-century building into offices and completed and renovated the former U.S. Navy torpedo factory used during World War II.
